We can offer a Legal Cashier service, with our cashiers being fully up-to-date with current and proposed SAR rules. We have used many different solicitors’ accounts packages and can offer advice, assistance and solutions with all aspects of legal accounts work, including but not limited to:
- File opening and archiving;
- Office / client receipts and payments;
- Bank postings and transfers;
- Nominal / Purchase Ledger postings;
- Bank and VAT reconciliations;
- VAT returns;
- Month-end and year-end preparation;
- Management reports as required by firm; and
- Creation of an accounting system for your internal use and for complying with statutory requirements.
At a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time legal bookkeeper, we offer the same level of accounting support, either at your site or remotely. We charge an hourly rate, and you will only be charged for the actual time spent. Our hourly charge is £30 + VAT per hour.
