All we require is details of the directors and their addresses and dates of birth, together with the address of the registered office and proposed shareholdings. We can advise you in respect of any of these decisions if you wish.

We don’t charge more from our clients to register your company on your behalf. We go the extra mile to take your personal circumstances into consideration and advise you on the best structure of your company to minimise your taxes.

All this and more will cost you only from £30 and we will provide you, when complete, with the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association and up-to-date statutory books, which are required by Companies House. If you are a new client, we will also require specific identity details (i.e., a copy of your passport or driving licence together with two recent utility bills).

We will provide you with printed documents as part of this package and the documents will be posted to your registered address on a recorded delivery. This package costs only £50.00
