Our services and fees for contractors
Our fixed monthly fees for consultancy companies start from £80 plus VAT for a one-person company. This fee includes the following:
• Preparation of Annual Accounts of the company for submission to Companies House and the Inland Revenue;
• Preparation of all Corporation Tax Computations and Returns for agreement with the Inland Revenue and dealing with all correspondence as necessary to agree the company’s corporation tax liability;
• Operation of a Payroll/PAYE Scheme for your company, including the production of monthly payslips, calculations of your PAYE liabilities, completion of your tax year end PAYE summaries, P11D’s, P60’s, IR35 calculation and any other documents that may be required by the PAYE Inspector of Taxes throughout the year;
• The Director’s self-assessment return;
• Tax planning and minimising strategies;
• Unlimited telephone and email correspondence at partner level.
